How to cancel or reactivate your subscription

We’d hate to see you go, but we believe in keeping things transparent and easy to manage.

To Cancel (Downgrade to Free):

  1. Go to Settings (tap your profile picture).
  2. Select the Account tab.
  3. Look for the "Downgrade" link near the top.
  4. You will see a confirmation screen. Tap Confirm Cancellation.

Note: Your Trav Plus features (Trips, Docs, Tasks etc.) will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

To Reactivate: If you’ve scheduled a cancellation but changed your mind:

  1. Go to Settings > Account.
  2. Tap the Reactivate Subscription link.
  3. Your plan will resume auto-renewal immediately—no data lost!
